So for the past four days I've been getting up at half six, getting a bus to Carlow at 7:15 and arriving in Carlow at roughly quarter to 9. It seems like a lot of effort, doesn't it? Well, there is a reason.
For the past four days I've been attending something known as "I.T Carlow Computing Summer Camp". However, the name amongst those who attended seems to be "Nerd Camp", and so I will refer to it by that name.
Obviously, I am now wrecked, but I don't regret a minute of it. I can now do a bit of HTML, a bit of a program called Alice, a bit of netoworking (cables not easy to make) and I can ping...which solves all pc ailments. However, while that's all well and good, it was the people who truly made it what it was for me. So while I write this in an alias and on the off chance they find it, thank you for making the start of my summer of 2010/2kX/2k9+1 a high that'll be hard to come down from. There's a long way to the bottom from here!
Oh, and I am a nerd and I am proud!
